A beach house, the perfect escape from the city, where you can find your peace in this cozy little apartment.

To make the most of the property’s potential, redesigning the layout was key. In the main living area, we added a diagonal partition wall to give the space both character and functionality. This wall helps separate the living room from the kitchen but still keeps the space feeling open. Plus, it created a perfect spot for the TV, a niche for coats near the entrance, and on the other side, space for the fridge.

Another key change that completely transformed the look of the house was the choice of wall colors and furnishings. A bright, vibrant color was selected to let in natural light and reflect it throughout the space. At first glance, it might seem like a total white, but in reality, soft sand shades were used. The pops of color come from the furniture details.
