In this penthouse with its attic level, work began while construction was still underway, making it possible to accompany the birth of the home and to define its identity from the very earliest stages of the build.

Sober volumes and fluid spaces make everything harmonious, modern, welcoming. In the environment, modern materials and dark finishings have been used in a balanced alternation of textured surfaces and pure design elements.
The beautiful surrealist paintings by the Chilean painter Roberto Matta impose themselves as absolute protagonists of the space – with a refined use of blacks and grays to celebrate their prestige. The furniture, while remaining elegant and sober, remains marginal in terms of the colors of the paintings.

A warm, neutral backdrop sets the stage for the furniture pieces, which are the true focal point of the project—few elements, but each one stands out with distinctive originality and character.
A spacious living area that connects seamlessly with the outside through expansive windows, and a cozy, secluded bedroom area where every element fits perfectly.
